How can an image obtained freely, with no digimark watermark and no "c(c0 2004 copyright holder" stamp or other method of placement on a pictture be copyrighted? I say it cannot, yet the powers that be decree that they will ignore standard avenues of copyright investigation and just randomly decree something they have no clue about . Hmmm myhap someone should investigate before making accusations methinks.
